Preferred List (Super-A)

How to Create a Preferred List  (Supplier Preferred Product List)

  1. From your Super-A login action banner, select Suppliers -> Supplier Maintenance -> Suppliers
  2. On the supplier you wish to create a preferred list for, select the  Three Dots (…) -> Preferred Lists
  3. Select the button, New Preferred List, and enter a Name

 

Add or Remove Products

  1. Select the Three Dots (…) -> Products
  2. Use the Add Products button to search for individual products

Or
  1. Use Export Products to make bulk changes. In the Select column, mark as ‘Y’ to add or ‘N’ to remove.
    1. Upload and save by selecting Import Products and following the on-screen prompts.

Add or Remove Venues

  1. Select the Three Dots (…) -> Assign Venues
  1. Use the Add Venues button to search for individual venues

Or
  1. Use Export Venues to make bulk changes. In the Select column, mark as ‘Y’ to add or ‘N’ to remove.
    1. Upload and save by selecting Import Venues and following the on screen prompts.

 

To View a Summary of Your Preferred Lits:

  1. From your Super-A login action banner, select Suppliers -> Supplier Maintenance -> Suppliers
  1. Select the Preferred Lists button.
  2. You can edit at any time.
