Create Order Templates (A, G, A)

Create Order Template (A, G, C):

Creating an Order Template allows you to quickly save and organise your favourite products from a supplier’s full catalogue into a single, consolidated order sheet. Order templates help you save time by eliminating the need to browse through the entire product range each time you want to place an order.

To create an Order Template:

1)       From your homepage, navigate to Ordering -> Templates -> New Order Template.

2)       Use the drop-down menu to select the supplier for whom you want to create the template, then click CONTINUE.

3)       In the Supplier Products Available table, search for products by code, description, brand, or inventory group. Select the products you want to add by checking the Add to Template checkbox on the right.

4)       Once all desired items are chosen, select the green Add to Template button.

5)       The selected items will appear in the table above. Continue searching and adding products until your list is complete.
