Create Order Template (A, G, C):
Creating an Order Template allows you to quickly save and organise your favourite products from a supplier’s full catalogue into a single, consolidated order sheet. Order templates help you save time by eliminating the need to browse through the entire product range each time you want to place an order.
To create an Order Template:
1) From your homepage, navigate to Ordering -> Templates -> New Order Template.
2) Use the drop-down menu to select the supplier for whom you want to create the template, then click CONTINUE.
3) In the Supplier Products Available table, search for products by code, description, brand, or inventory group. Select the products you want to add by checking the Add to Template checkbox on the right.
4) Once all desired items are chosen, select the green Add to Template button.
5) The selected items will appear in the table above. Continue searching and adding products until your list is complete.
6) Configure product and template details
a. Set Categories:
i. Use the checkboxes in the Category column to select items and assign categories using the category drop-down menu above.
ii. You can ‘SELECT ALL’ for bulk selection.
b. Set Accounts:
i. Use the checkboxes in the Account column to select items and allocate them using the account drop-down menu above.
ii. You can ‘SELECT ALL’ for bulk selection.
c. Set the Department (ledger) for the template using the drop-down.
7) Select the Assign Template Products to Floorplan checkbox (optional).
a. This will allocate the new template product to the corresponding stocktake floorplan (physical count location) based on the selected category.
8) Select the Add Products to Your Stocktake checkbox (optional).
a. This will add the new template items to your stocktake count sheets (even if they haven’t yet been ordered).
b. This tool is helpful to add items to your stocktake count sheets that have been received before you started ordering through Buy Force Live.
9) You can edit the Name of your template in the text box at the top of the page.
10) Click Create Template to save and finalise your new template.
